Hoe navigeren zij de Covid-19 crisis ten opzichte van de consensus? We hebben gekeken naar de verschillen tussen de consensus en Columbia Threadneedle Investments.<\/p>\n<h2>De re\u00eble rentes<\/h2>\n<p>In het meest recente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.assetallocationawards.nl\/research\/inflation-expectations-have-moved-a-long-way\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport van afgelopen maart<\/a> merkt Columbia Threadneedle Investments op dat vanaf maart 2020 tot februari van dit jaar obligatierentes op zijn gelopen door stijgende break-even inflatie. Dit terwijl de re\u00eble rentes tot een nieuw dieptepunt sinds 2003 waren gedaald. Deze dynamiek kwam voornamelijk ten goede van groei aandelen en technologie aandelen. In recente weken is deze dynamiek echter verandert en stijgen de re\u00eble rentes wat ten voordeel komt voor waarde aandelen. Ondanks het opmerken van deze verandering blijft de kijk van Columbia Threadneedle Investments ten opzichte van technology overwogen, een mening die ook door de consensus wordt gedeeld.<\/p>\n<h3>Meer verschillen<\/h3>\n<p>De twee meest populaire sectoren binnen de consensus, consumer discretionary en industrials worden door Columbia Threadneedle Investments in hun meest recente rapport neutraal gewogen ten opzichte van een overwogen consensus. Een positie die zij in ieder geval al sinds 2018 hanteert. De twee minst populaire sectoren deze maand binnen de consensus zijn consumer staples en utilities, deze twee sectoren worden momenteel ook door hen onderwogen.<\/p>\n<p>Communication services en healthcare worden momenteel overwogen door Columbia Threadneedle Investments ten opzichte van een neutrale en overwogen consensus respectievelijk.
